June Family Wellness Night

Join us once a month for a family fun wellness night! While parents are doing some Zumba kids will participate in a hands-on cooking class.
Each month kids will join Chef Aaron and Chef Maria in a hands-on cooking class while parents get to enjoy some selfcare with one of our amazing, certified instructors. Each month kids will learn a new healthy recipe they can recreate at home!
No registration is required. A waiver will need to be signed by a parent or guardian of the cooking class student for them to participate.
**All students will receive an apron and small cooking tool

Kid Activity: Pizza Night (take home and bake)
Making pizza from scratch and adding your favorite veggies is a great way to upgrade one of your favorite foods! Tonight, you will make pizza dough from scratch, and be challenged to try new pizza toppings. Each student will take home a personal pizza that can be baked at home.

Making smoothies for a breakfast or afternoon snack is a fun way to get extra fruit and veggies in your diet! Come join us as we make our own custom smoothies. You will also learn how to prep smoothies ahead and bring home ingredients to make an extra smoothie at home!
