About the Program
West Chicago residents are invited to an in-person garden education program with Healthy West Chicago. Our programs will be covering topics that include gardening tools, starting your garden early, growing your own mini garden (with free supplies!), and much more!

Registration
Interested families may choose from the events below to register their families for an event.

Event Cost
All classes are free of charge to all the live and/or work in West Chicago. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

A DuPage County Master Gardener will be presenting a program on incorporating beautiful and delicious edible landscaping to your yard!

By combining fruit and nut trees, vegetables, herbs, edible flowers or berry bushes in aesthetically pleasing ways, edible landscapes can be just as attractive as ornamental ones. Learn how to eat your yard by creating a tasteful home landscape using edible plants.

Attendees can enter into a drawing for a free berry bush!
